The Process
Our process may vary based on your needs, but this will give you a general idea of how things will get started.
STEP ONE
Initial Meetings
Discuss project details and determine if we are the right fit for the project.
Gather information surrounding scope, budget, and general design direction.
STEP TWO
Budget + Scope
Provide written scope and detailed budget for the project.
Note: If the budget and scope cannot comfortably be determined at this time a Consulting Agreement can be entered into to facilitate this process.
STEP THREE (if needed)
Construction Agreement
(or Consultation Agreement)
Once homeowner approves of scope and budget, Construction Agreement is prepared and signed.
Schedule and timeline is determined.


STEP FOUR
Design + Construction
Solidify architectural, engineering, design selections.
Permitting with City, County and HOA.
On-site construction.
Final walk through with owner and project completion.
